This man advertised Mountain quail chicks for 25.00 each at 4 weeks of age . I contacted him and said I would like 8 To 12 . I sent him a 100.00 Deposit as he requested. He later sent me a note that it was a bad year and asked if I could wait a while longer than the original ship date in June. I gladly agreed. He informed me he had 7 total for me . I said just let me know when to send the rest of the money . A month later I received a refund of my money . With a note that he sold my birds I gave him a deposit for to some one else for more money . Saying it was nothing personal . The right thing to do was give the birds I paid for . After that he continued to advertise young mountain quail for sale .
